A high-quality loft conversion with outstanding finish.

Jarrod runs a very high-quality business. I hired him to convert my loft. Jarrod’s quote was in the medium cost bracket than the other 3 contractors that bid, but he had an itemized list down to number of 2x4's and nails needed to complete the job. He was honest and up front with me on costs, and I felt confident that I chose the right contractor.

The crews Jarrod hired for each phase were of the highest quality and very friendly from start to finish. The job was completed on time, and Jarrod kept me informed whenever changes needed to happen due to other workman’s timings.

The finished product is outstanding. I still get compliments from people that visit my home that the quality of the finish work, paint, and overall construction is far superior to other contractor's work, including the large company that built the rest of our house.

I would not hesitate for a second to hire Jarrod or his Company for another job or to recommend him to someone else.

Jarrod and his team have just finished work on our loft conversion and we are delighted with the results.  From the moment we met Jarrod for a quote, he has been professional, polite, organised and has met every timescale set, including completion of the work in just 6 weeks (despite some torrential rain to deal with!).  He was also incredibly tidy and cleaned up the minimal amount of mess that was inevitably made during the process which was important to us with two young children in the house.
